Job Overview

A key member of the team, this Business Solutions Expert will work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and technical teams to comprehend business needs and devise targeted solutions.
  • Design and execute business processes and system enhancements.
  • Analyze and document client requirements and operational procedures.
  • Create test case scenarios and oversee testing to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Develop business requirements documents and user stories.
  • Assist in providing project task duration estimates and updating process documentation.
  • Support quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and release phases of projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is required, with Insurtech or health insurance background preferred.
  • Familiarity with business analysis concepts and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
