We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements to create technical specifications for robust ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and other ServiceNow solutions.
Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and provide expert technical consulting services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions that meet specific business needs.
Customization and Integration:
  • Develop customized ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
Project Management:
  • Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget management.
  • Provide project status updates, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Consultation and Support:
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.

To be successful in this role, you will require 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model, and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.

Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) are required, while additional certifications like ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable.
