Threat Management Specialist

GCash is seeking a Threat Management Specialist to join our team.

Overview

This role requires developing a complete understanding of the company's technology and information systems. The ideal candidate will identify and communicate current and emerging cybersecurity and fraud threats and risks relevant to GCash.

Responsibilities
  • Developing threat models and security standards in a complex technological environment.
  • Designing and implementing robust cybersecurity architectures for GCash to mitigate threats as they emerge.
  • Collaborating with product teams and business units to understand the business direction and anticipate security and fraud risks.
  • Formulating new cybersecurity blueprints to ensure the business can pursue its plans while managing GCash's risks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and risk management.
  • Expertise in various threat modeling methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and standards.
