Our organization requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Hub Lead. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hub, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning at all times. This includes implementing process improvements and projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Frequent team briefings and weekly staff meetings will be conducted to assess performance and provide constructive feedback. The Hub Lead will also be responsible for assisting the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.

  • Collaboration with agency coordinators will be essential in managing and supporting agency teams. The selected individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong working relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is mandatory. Additionally, a minimum of four years of experience in the Supply Chain & Logistics industry is required, with a proven track record of success in e-commerce fulfillment.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
