As a vital member of our team, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented specialist to manage and streamline our invoicing processes.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes for multiple accounts, ensuring accurate and timely billing and payments. This includes taking full responsibility for the entire invoicing process, from initiation to completion, as well as collaborating with clients to facilitate payment processes and resolve payment issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Billing Process Management: Manage billing processes for multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Invoicing: Take full responsibility for the entire invoicing process, from initiation to completion.
- Clients Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to facilitate payment processes and resolve payment issues.
- Aging Accounts Review: Review aging accounts and follow up with clients to resolve outstanding balances promptly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in billing or invoicing roles.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication skills.
