- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to the employment platform in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the wider team to offer best practice system use and education to customers
- Analyse product functionality and identify user errors to improve overall customer satisfaction
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service/support environment across live chat and email
- Relevant payroll experience and proficiency in Australian employment regulations
- Prior experience in a SaaS customer experience environment with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and work autonomously while seeking help when needed
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
