
Customer Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Client Application Support Specialist, responsible for providing technical support to clients via various channels, including telephone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to provide clear and concise solutions to client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving technical issues related to point-of-sale (POS) products, including dial-up card swipe terminals.
- Providing standardized responses to client inquiries by utilizing established documentation and processes.
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of all inquires and problems handled.
- Operating a personal computer, mainframe, software packages, and front-end programs related to the client.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No relevant experience necessary.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Typically minimum 2 years relevant experience desired.
Desired Skills and Capabilities:
- Acquiring and applying job skills and learning company policies and procedures.
- Working on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making.
- Basic computer skills and ability to develop basic payments industry knowledge.
- Basic ability to research issues and resolve customer inquiries.
