As a skilled Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and sourcing high-quality candidates.

Your tasks will include implementing efficient recruitment strategies, developing a network of industry professionals and potential candidates, and creating reliable tracking systems for all candidates and internal databases.

  • Designing and utilizing cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Developing a network of industry professionals and potential candidates.
  • Evaluating candidate qualifications by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings.
  • Creating and managing tracking systems for all candidates and internal databases.
  • Collaborating with managers and other departments to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential candidates.
  • Utilizing various channels, online portals, and social networking sites to connect with potential candidates and manage job postings.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sourcing metrics in real-time.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sourcing Specialist or a similar role is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in using different channels, social networks, online portals, and resume databases to find qualified candidates.
  • Hands-on experience in using tools and systems for talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity in creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare/medical field is preferred but not required.
  • Hands-on experience with selection processes such as video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc. is preferred but not required.

This is a project-based position, and you must be able to work independently. You will have the opportunity to work from home and will receive free training and performance-based increases.
