Professional Communication Trainer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Communication Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to transform corporate communication skills and enhance the professional development of employees across various industries.

This position involves delivering live video training sessions to individuals or groups, and writing lesson reports to document what is covered in each session. As a trainer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working with online platforms. A college degree and at least 3 years of corporate experience are required. Adult teaching experience is also desirable. Fluency in multiple languages is an asset, as is editing and proofreading skills. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver live video training sessions to 1 learner or to a group per session;
  • Write lesson reports to document what was covered in each session;

Qualifications:

  • A college or Bachelor's Degree is required;
  • At least 3 years of Corporate Experience and/or 1 year of Adult Teaching Experience;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and writing);
  • Willingness to teach video classes;
  • Comfortable in using online platforms in teaching;
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus;
  • Editing and/or proofreading is an advantage;
  • Energetic, Pleasant, and Engaging; and Open-minded and willing to learn.
