Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance professional to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Comprehensive Testing Strategies: Create thorough testing plans for our software, evaluating features and functionality.
  2. Document and Resolve Issues: Identify and replicate reported problems, working closely with customer support to resolve bugs and enhance user experience.
  3. Collaborate with Customer Support: Swiftly identify issues and work together to deliver seamless experiences.
  4. Update Internal Documentation: Consistently update documentation to reflect the latest updates and changes.
  5. Report Performance Issues: Identify and address performance issues to enhance overall user experience.
  6. Participate in Improvement Programs: Actively participate in company-led improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree from any four-year course;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong analytical and planning abilities;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiarity with using apps on mobile and web;
  • Customer-centric orientation, assertiveness, and confidence;
  • Openness to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies, including automation testing.
