We are seeking a skilled IT Service Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional technical support to restaurants, guests and the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, utilize service management systems to log and track issues, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to and resolving IT service incidents, maintaining clear communication with end-users, franchisees and head office personnel, and ensuring all interactions are professional and aligned with company standards.

  • Document solutions and communicate them to end-users in a clear manner, create and maintain user-friendly documentation and guides for end-users, and identify recurring incidents to prevent future occurrences.

  • Handle incoming IT service requests, collaborate with the IT Support Manager and other team members to improve service delivery processes, and ensure proper resolution and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with service management systems and tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality industry systems is beneficial.
