About the JobThe Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, fostering strong client relationships, and driving renewals.

Main Accountabilities: The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely support and guidance to ensure their success.
Key Tasks: Schedule kickoff meetings with clients and delivery teams, onboard new clients, manage multiple accounts, and track defined customer health metrics.
- Regular check-ins will be conducted to review progress, address issues, and share updates.
Essential Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B environments. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are necessary to excel in this position.
- Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Zoho is a plus, as well as experience in cybersecurity, IT, or compliance.
Action-Oriented Attributes: Proactive problem-solver, collaborative, value-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
