Tamaray People Solutions Shared Services offers a unique opportunity for Administrative Support Staff to join our team. As an Administrative Support Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and data entry into accounting software.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents, as well as assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements. You will also be involved in the reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.

In addition, you will prepare payroll and assist with other HR-related transactions, such as tax filing and regulatory compliance tasks. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and properly stored.

As an Administrative Support Staff, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, suppliers, and staff. You will also assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with previous experience in accounting or administrative support (3 years experience is required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also necessary, as is familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills are also required, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
