Talent Operations Associate Job Description

About this Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our growing recruitment team. As a Talent Operations Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional candidate experiences while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include managing recruiting workflows, handling candidate communications, coordinating email campaigns, monitoring candidate scheduling, and providing feedback on processes and tools to help us improve efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career with a strong interest in recruiting, operations, or HR to develop valuable skills and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and communicate with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate and track email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach
  • Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track
  • Provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help us improve efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops — ideally post-college and in a business setting
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks
  • A proactive mindset — you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work
  • Comfortable working during US business hours (EST)
