Job Description:

We are seeking a mid to senior-level Automation Specialist to join our remote team and help deliver AI-powered automation solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will design and build robust automation workflows, integrate LLM APIs, develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases, and automate business operations using various tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.
  • Experience with Airtable automations, scripting and formulas.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
