Job Title: Workflow Automation Expert


Position Overview

Seeking an experienced workflow automation expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building AI-powered workflows, leveraging automation to streamline marketing operations and content production.

The successful applicant will design and implement automated workflows using industry-standard tools, build LLM-powered processes to generate, track, and organize marketing content, and integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts.

This is a part-time / project-based role requiring 20 hours per week of work, primarily in EST, with flexibility for global clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and related tools.
  • Build and manage LLM-powered processes to generate, track, and organize marketing content.
  • Integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts.
Marketing Ops Automation
  • Automate account monitoring, logs, and reporting.
  • Support SEO-focused initiatives through competitor research automation.
  • Develop systems to centralize data and insights for decision-making.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing and client delivery teams to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Train team members on new automations and document processes for scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, marketing ops, or technical product roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI workflows.
  • Experience building automations for content, marketing, and SEO functions.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data, logs, and competitive research.
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, primarily in EST, with flexibility for global clients.
