Job Title:

Financial Operations Director

Reality Marble seeks a seasoned finance expert to oversee internal financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare and analyze the three core financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Establish and improve financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
  • Monitor vendor invoicing, collections, payroll, and cash flow.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow report to support liquidity management.
  • Provide scenario analysis and cash flow projections to senior management.
Tax & Compliance:
  • Prepare and file corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Manage tax filings in Singapore (corporate income tax, GST) with external advisors as needed.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors when necessary.
HR & Administrative Support:
  • Maintain proper filing systems for contracts, invoices, and corporate records.
  • Assist in preparing and sending out contract templates and related documents.
  • Support basic HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating payroll/benefits with external providers.
Process Improvement & Leadership:
  • Design and implement internal control systems to strengthen financial discipline.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional certification (CPA preferred; ACCA/CA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, ideally in a Big 4 Accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
  • Practical experience with U.S. tax law and Singapore tax experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and buy-side financial due diligence a plus but optional.
Key Skills:
  • Strong command of financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial modeling.
  • Understanding of the three core financial statements and their interconnections.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of critical evaluation.
  • Highly organized and able to maintain orderly records and documents.
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems and initiating process improvements.
