Senior Finance Managers play a crucial role in the success of an organization, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of proven accounting experience, with strong knowledge of local tax compliance regulations and reporting. A Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting or a related field is also required.

A key responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic plans to ensure financial sustainability, while collaborating with the leadership team and board of directors. Monitoring cash flow, forecasting future cash flow needs, and making adjustments accordingly are also critical tasks.

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring all financial reporting requirements are met, including tax filings and regulatory compliance. This includes managing accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

Budgets must be developed and worked on with managers to ensure they are met. Financial planning services will include creating cash flow projections or developing capital budgets.

Financial models will be created to forecast the budget impact of proposed projects or policies. Key performance indicators such as cash flow, collections, and receivables must be tracked and monitored.

The investment portfolio and banking relationships will be managed by the Senior Finance Manager. They will lead and oversee all aspects of the annual budgeting process.

Negotiating and managing financial contracts on behalf of the organization will also be a responsibility. The Senior Finance Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for auditors and investors.

Familiarity with economic and banking processes is essential. A CPA certification is highly preferred.

This position requires a strong understanding of financial data analysis and financial project management.

Detailed job responsibilities will include:
