Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the accounting team, overseeing financial reporting processes, developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, monitoring and analyzing financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes, collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and coordinating audits as required, reviewing and approving reconciliations, journal entries, and other financial documentation, and identifying opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

  • Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audits as required.
  • Review and approve reconciliations, journal entries, and other financial documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team within the accounting and finance department.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments.
