Sr. Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Finance Manager to oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement short and long-term strategic plans to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to drive business growth.
  • Monitor cash flow, forecast future cash flow needs, and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Ensure all financial reporting requirements are met, including tax filings and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage accounting functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Develop budgets and work with managers to ensure they are met.
  • Provide financial planning services, including creating cash flow projections and developing capital budgets.
  • Create financial models to forecast the budget impact of proposed projects or policies.
  • Monitor the financial health of the organization by tracking key performance indicators.
  • Manage investment portfolios and banking relationships.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the annual budgeting process.
  • Negotiate and manage all financial contracts on behalf of the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors and investors.

Required Skills:

  • At least 10 years of proven accounting experience.
  • Retail experience is a plus; experience in inventory reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting, Accountancy, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of local tax compliance regulations and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
  • 5+ years leadership experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis.
  • Exemplary history of financial project management.
