Senior Marketing Director - Growth Strategy

The Senior Marketing Director will lead and scale the marketing function to drive brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure campaigns, messaging, and brand presence directly contribute to business growth.

As the marketing lead, you will be responsible for building a high-impact marketing strategy aligned to growth, retention, and revenue objectives. You will also mentor a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing roadmap to drive growth and customer acquisition.
  • Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop thought leadership content and PR strategies to establish the brand as a key player in the industry.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complex concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.
