Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage support tickets for efficient tracking.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and document resolution steps.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 150 Mbps internet speed and remote setup.
  • Experience in technical support, preferably remote.
