Customer Service Expert Wanted for Blended Campaign
About the JobWe are looking for skilled and knowledgeable customer service professionals to join our team. As a key member of our close-knit customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing accurate, concise information in a professional and personable manner while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and a professional and personable demeanor. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and experience communicating with customers over email, web chat, and phones are also essential.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide exceptional customer experiences, respond to customer queries through live chat, email, and phone calls, and accurately document each customer interaction.
Requirements- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM software and cloud-based tools
