Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics platforms is a plus
