Outbound Sales and Client Acquisition Specialist

">We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, presenting our products/services, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
- Work closely with our CRM system to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward closing deals.
- Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward closing deals.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
">- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to read and speak fluent English
- Minimum 6 months B2B/B2C solar outbound calling experience preferred.
- Sales experience, preferably outbound calling (minimum of 6 months)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations
- Proficiency in MS Office-based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
