Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our logistics and fleet management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, update statuses, tag appropriately, and send targeted email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
  • Email Correspondence: Compose timely, well-written email responses to clients and leads, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Lead Coordination: Monitor and nurture leads through the pipeline, identifying opportunities and taking proactive steps to advance client interests.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on lead activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
