Customer Service Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Professional to provide outstanding support to our customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Clarify customer needs, determine the root cause of the issue, select and explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to creating high-quality documentation for internal use and customer reference.
  • Escalate technical issues to our support team.
  • Participate in specialized projects as you become more confident in your role.
  • Become proficient in our product before supporting others.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • English is your primary language; proficiency in secondary languages is a plus.
  • At least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform (or equivalent).
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to a growing team.
  • Highly organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field of study.
  • 2+ years in a customer service role.
