Client Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for servicing daily requests from clients, maintaining up-to-date information on accounts, and ensuring the completion of all loan-related documentary requirements. This will involve analyzing client requirements and credit worthiness, as well as coordinating with internal units to ensure adequate delivery of bank services.

  • Develop strong relationships with external and internal clients to provide excellent service and support.
  • Analyze client proposals and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare analysis and evaluations to support business planning and budgeting.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting is required.
