Job Description

Customer Program Specialist Role

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong focus on quality, and a relentless drive to succeed in the semiconductor industry.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requirements are handled appropriately.

Furthermore, maintaining customer dashboards, scorecards, and UCT ERP system is an essential task. The successful candidate must be organized and data-driven, with exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and negotiation skills are also required to interact with internal and external customers.

This position involves ensuring on-time shipments and managing customers' OTD targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a semiconductor or similar industry
  • Knowledge of program management tools and procedures
  • General knowledge of operations, including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems
