About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Staff to join our dynamic team at Primary Group of Builders'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of key projects within our organisation. This position is based in Cebu, Central Visayas, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our business in this vibrant region.

What you'll be doing

● Support the documentation and tracking of project plans, schedules, and deliverables

● Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and status updates

● Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

● Maintain project documentation, records, and PMO templates

● Help ensure compliance with PMO policies and processes

● Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and insights for project tracking

● Provide general administrative support to the PMO and project teams

What we're looking for

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field

● 1–2 years of work experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar

roles

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

● Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus

● Knowledge of project management principles is an advantage
