Sales Coordinator Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the sales team to maximize revenue and achieve departmental targets;
  • Managing and coordinating sales initiatives and projects to ensure timely delivery and maximum impact;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams;
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
