About the role

Join the dedicated team at Primary Group of Builders' as an HR - Organization Development.

What you'll be doing

  • Assess training needs across the organisation and develop tailored programmes to address skills gaps

  • Design and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops and e-learning modules

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business objectives and align training initiatives

  • Implement effective training evaluation methods to measure programme effectiveness

  • Maintain detailed training records and provide insightful reporting to key stakeholders

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

  • Coach and mentor junior members of the training team to support their professional growth

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience in a training or learning and development role

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to create engaging training content

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Solid grasp of HR practices and the ability to align training with organisational objectives

  • Proficiency in training evaluation and demonstrating the business impact of learning initiatives

  • Passion for employee development and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
