We're looking for a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team and contribute to delivering top-notch IT services to our clients. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Utilizing ticketing tools such as Service Now and Active Directory to track and resolve issues
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- At least a high school graduate
- Minimum of 6 months experience in IT Service Desk with ticketing tool experience (Service Now, Active Directory)
We Offer:
- A competitive salary package of ₱24,000 to ₱38,000 basic pay + ₱2,400 NTA
- A flexible schedule with dayshift account available as well as nightshift/shifting options
- An opportunity to work onsite at our Eton Centris, Q.C. location
