Customer Service Liaison for Telecommunications Services

Neksjob Corporation seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding phone or mobile phone services, billing concerns, and proactive measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call Handling and Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized solutions.
- Logging and Monitoring: Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate with a strong focus on communication skills.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Call Center environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite.
- Willingness to start immediately and adapt to changing circumstances.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits. The estimated annual salary is $30,000, based on industry standards.
