Neksjob Customer Service Liaison

We are a forward-thinking organization seeking an exceptional Customer Service Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing top-notch customer support and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding our products or services, effectively handling customer complaints and concerns.
- You should possess at least a High School diploma (old curriculum).
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative/TSR International voice is highly preferred.
- You must be willing to work onsite and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Paid training to ensure your success in the role.
