Seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to build and nurture communities centered around specific chronic diseases.

Job Description
  • This pivotal role is responsible for creating engaging content, developing community-building strategies, and growing the community through partnerships and influencer outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective online and offline community management strategies that enhance engagement, knowledge sharing, and mutual support among community members.
  2. Craft compelling and relevant content that stimulates conversation and engagement within the communities.
  3. Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with potential partners and influencers who can help grow the community.
  4. Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews, leveraging this information to improve community experiences.
  5. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand visibility.
  6. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and leverage marketing initiatives for community growth.
  7. Stay updated with digital technology trends to ensure the community remains user-friendly and leverage new tools for community growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a community manager or similar role.
  • Experience in building and growing online communities, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and build strong relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of social media and online community platforms.
  • Experience in creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
