Job Description:

As a Social Expert, you will play a key role in helping us deliver solutions that positively impact communities worldwide. You will work closely with our clients to identify and manage social risks, develop strategies for mitigating these risks, and implement sustainable solutions that benefit both our clients and the environment.

You will have a deep understanding of international social safeguards, environmental standards, and best practices in social performance. Your expertise will enable you to provide high-level verification of stakeholder management, define corrective action plans, and conduct site visits to assess project implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Science or relevant field
  • 8-11 years' experience in social roles for infrastructure projects, including power and oil & gas
  • Excellent English speaking and report writing skills
  • Ability to work with multicultural teams across different time zones and in a virtual setting
  • Good communication skills and personal presence for client interactions
