Job Title: Chinese Communications Specialist

Shopee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chinese Communications Specialist to join its Manila team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin), and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage Chinese sellers and improve their overall experience on Shopee.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address seller operational issues and provide solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs for Chinese sellers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Work closely with Operation/Business Development/Marketing teams to prioritize and translate business information needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce industry or customer support team.
  • Excellent knowledge in WeChat and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good team player with positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
