Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines through quality assurance monitoring of community interactions and provide constructive feedback to moderators.
  • Maintain and update knowledge management systems (e.g., FAQs, wikis) ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and user-friendly.
  • Support the development and execution of Google review strategies, monitor trends, and recommend proactive responses.
  • Leverage ideation programs (e.g., suggestion campaigns, innovation challenges) to encourage active participation, develop workflows to streamline contributions.
  • Analyze and synthesize client feedback, delivering actionable insights to drive platform enhancements.
  • Promote collaboration by acknowledging and following up on client suggestions, fostering trust, and tracking ideation outcomes.
  • Partner with communications teams to distribute timely updates, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand voice.
  • Update and maintain digital assets (e.g., mosaic tiles, widgets, wikis), conduct regular audits, and resolve outdated or broken content.
  • Provide responsive troubleshooting for clients and associates, escalating complex issues.
