Communications Coach Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Communications Coach to support and mentor language trainers in their professional development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably with experience in coaching or mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support language trainers: Provide individualized coaching and support to language trainers, fostering their growth and development as educators.
  • Facilitate online training sessions: Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and encourage active participation from trainers and assessors.
  • Develop training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to develop online training materials.
  • Identify professional development needs of language trainers and assessors, and coordinate relevant training sessions, workshops, or webinars.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent understanding of various language proficiency frameworks (e.g., CEFR) and their application in training.
  • Proficiency in using web conferencing tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other online training platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
