Visual Communications Specialist

Overview

This role requires a skilled and experienced Visual Communications Specialist to design and create visual elements for various marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to develop creative solutions that meet the needs of our target audience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and events collateral;
  • Developing and maintaining design templates for various print and digital materials, asset libraries, and brand documentation for efficiency and consistency;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that support campaign goals;
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting quality standards and project deadlines;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design trends and technologies/tools to continuously improve creative output and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the design team;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field;
  • At least 8 years of professional graphic design experience after completion of a college degree;
  • Expert knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Express);
  • Strong portfolio highlighting both digital and print design projects;
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining brand integrity;
  • Highly creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills;
  • Must be open to working a night shift schedule;
  • Experience working on global projects or with international clients preferred;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills; open to feedback and constructive critique;
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Experience in video editing or motion design experience is a plus.
