Restaurant Operations Manager Culinary Team Lead Position

Our hotel is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to oversee kitchen operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of restaurant services, working closely with our F&B team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menu strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee food preparation, plating, and serving processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs to minimize unnecessary expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and portion control.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food products and services.
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in culinary arts or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef in a hotel/resort setting.
  • Well-versed in kitchen and restaurant operations, including costing, menu development, kitchen safety, and quality checking.
  • Preferably certified in culinary services.
  • Resident of Boracay or nearby areas preferred.
