Senior Revenue Cycle Management Executive

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Management Executive to lead our Healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction in the RCM industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management principles.
Responsibilities- Owning the complete P&L for RCM processes, ensuring optimal financial performance and minimal revenue shortfalls.
- Providing strategic leadership, direction, and focus to project teams, driving productivity, quality, and overall project performance.
- Resolving work-related problems, interpreting issues, and making informed decisions that align with organizational goals.
- Ensuring effective resource planning, maximizing capacity utilization, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop compelling business proposals, inputting on sales strategies, and contributing to new business development initiatives.
- Developing collateral materials for the AR team, coordinating with marketing, and providing valuable insights to the software team to enhance AR processes.
- Learning and implementing new client systems, organizing training sessions for new hires and existing team members, and managing risk and escalation.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in a leadership or senior executive position.
- A proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills, with excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and challenging environment.
