  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and office documents.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering to ensure availability.
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
