Job Opportunity

MCI is seeking temporary, remote agents to support disaster relief efforts. We offer flexible work arrangements and a range of benefits to ensure our team members are comfortable and productive while working from home.

Candidates selected will be contacted via email and text message as needed. Schedules will vary between 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions to their problems
  • Learn common requests and develop strategies for efficient resolution
  • Improve the customer experience by delivering timely and accurate responses
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to designated channels
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
  • Reliability and regular attendance/punctuality
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
