Sales Team Manager

The Sales Team Manager at TASQ Staffing Solutions is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 7-8 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
