Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst is a key member of our team responsible for bridging the gap between Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Customer Success teams. This role is crucial in optimizing sales and recruitment operations by leveraging data, refining workflows, and enabling smarter, data-driven decisions across teams.

You will own and optimize our HubSpot CRM to ensure clean, reliable data and build actionable dashboards that deliver key sales and recruitment insights. You will collaborate closely with sales, TA, and CS leadership, helping shape scalable processes and providing analytics that fuel pipeline growth and candidate sourcing success.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of HubSpot CRM for Sales and Talent Acquisition teams—ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and optimal use of the platform.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine actionable dashboards and reports that uncover sales and recruitment insights for smarter, data-driven decision making.
  • Analyze current sales and recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and impact.
  • Support Talent Acquisition by providing timely analytics and insights to streamline candidate sourcing, pipeline tracking, and recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a cross-team enabler by aligning Sales, TA, and Client Success teams around shared goals and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership, including the VP of Sales, to diagnose system and data challenges and contribute to defining meaningful KPIs and metrics.
  • Maintain flexibility to adapt as systems and data quality mature, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Mid-level to Senior professional with 4-6 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, data analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience managing and optimizing CRM platforms—HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards and reports that support sales and recruitment operations.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, recruitment workflows, or both is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter attitude with flexibility to adapt to evolving data systems and business needs.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to data integrity.
