Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a senior sales leader to spearhead the commercialization of our property portfolio nationwide through a high-performing network of brokers and agents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company goals, market realities, and regional performance metrics.
  • Establish and manage a structured sales funnel across geographies with rigorous tracking and continuous optimization for volume, speed, and conversion.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a national network of brokers and agents ensuring market depth, reach, and consistency of performance.
  • Deploy tools, dashboards, and playbooks that enable visibility, forecasting, and scalable conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work in close coordination with internal teams to ensure alignment across the entire property lifecycle.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, expand the partner base, and build both internal capabilities and external relationships needed to meet ambitious growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles with experience in developing and executing nationwide sales strategies, managing large networks of brokers and agents, and driving revenue growth.
