Objective: To obtain a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant role supporting the real estate operations of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile QuickBooks Online files for three companies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Data Analysis: Develop and maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets to inform business decisions.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate vendor schedules, manage phone calls, and handle general administrative tasks.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
