Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining existing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations where possible
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
